Rental Costs

A deposit is required to reserve the date and all fees must be collected 90 days before the event.

Base Fee

The base fee for renting is based on which day(s) of the week are bring reserved. The fees are below based on the day of the week:

Saturday - Full Day (Noon to Midnight)       $1800
Sunday through Friday       $900

This base fee includes the use of the hall, kitchen, tables, and chairs.

Additional Fees

In addition, the following fees (non-refundable) are added:

Cleaning Fee       $350
* Charged for the normal clean-up of the Hall and covers the normal cleaning, vacuuming, mopping of the Hall including the main floor, kitchen floor, bathrooms, and bar floor.
Security Fee (6 Hours Minimum)       Up to 150 guests: $200 (1 guard)
Up to 300 guests: $400 (2 guards)
Maintenance Fee       $100

Other Information

We accept cash, check, PayPal, and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If wanting to visit the hall in person to view the facilities or make payment, it is advisable to contact us at the Church ahead of time to make an appointment. See contact information below.
