Vendors have an opportunity to present and sell products and services to our parishioners and guests at our “Weekend in Greece” festival.
The rental fee for a 10 x 10 foot booth space is $200, payable in advance. Vendor operating hours are during the normal hours of the festival which are Friday, September 22, 2017 from 5 PM to 10 PM, Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 11 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday, September 24, 2017 from 11 AM to 5 PM. Set-up time is 9 AM to 5 PM on Friday, September 22, 2017.
Booth Equipment and Services
Booth space, tables, and chairs are issued based on order of contract completion (both registration and payment). It is the vendor's responsibility to provide display accessories for their booth. Installation, operation, and removal of vendor's booth space is the responsibility of the vendor.
Vendors can register by filling out our online form. Payments can be made by credit card or PayPal online or the payment can be mailed to the Church.
